Compared to all Bürstner models, the Top Residence Gold Holiday is characterized by its more generous dimensions. The interiors, tastefully furnished and organized down to the smallest detail, offer you the highest level of service and an unforgettable holiday in Cavallino-Treporti. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances to prepare delicious lunches and dinners. A dishwasher is also available. On the spacious veranda you can dine with your family or relax on the comfortable loungers at your disposal.
External dimensions: 8.50 x 3.00 m. Bürstner model
External equipment: External 6 x 2.5 m. Wooden veranda, large table with 8 chairs, 2 deck chairs next to the mobile home, outdoor lighting, parking space near the mobile home.
Internal equipment: climate (cold / hot air), mosquito nets. Double room (bed 200x160 cm) with 22" satellite TV and locker. Bedroom with 2 single beds (200x70 cm beds) + 3rd loft bed (150x70 cm). Living room with table, 26" satellite TV in the living room, DVD player, sofa corner in the living room which can be converted into a 5th and possibly 6th bed. Modern kitchenette (4-burner stove), large inventory of crockery and equipment, 200lt refrigerator. Complete with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, hairdryer.
Services included:
- 1 set of towels and bed linen for each guest with a mid-week change of bath towels (for stays of at least 2 weeks, a mid-week change of towels and a full change at the end of each week).
- Tablecloth for outdoor table + 2 tea towels for kitchen.
- Beach towel for each guest.
- Covered parking space for 1 car in the village.
- Premium WiFi connection.
- Final cleaning of the accommodation.
- Entrance to the private beach with two sun loungers and a parasol.
