Description Glamping
Luxurious Camping - Glamping at Pirkdorfer See
Austria's first glamping resort is located in the south of Carinthia. It is embedded in a beautiful idyllic landscape of mountains and lakes. Lakeside Petzen Glamping opened in June 2020 and was equipped with luxurious accommodations. There are 8 glamping tents, 7 mobile homes and 3 tree houses in the area. There is also a bar, a children's play area and a fire pit in the resort. Right next door you can enjoy excellent Austrian cuisine in the magnificent lakeside restaurant with lakeside terrace and go swimming in Lake Pirkdorf.
Glamping in a Safari Tent
The glamping tents are available in 2 different sizes to suit the number of guests. The tents are equipped with vinyl floors, but instead of walls there are thick tarpaulins with window openings. Inside the tents there is a fully equipped bathroom and bedrooms or sleeping areas for 2 to 6 people. Each glamping tent also has a dining area and a terrace.

Arriving by car via the A2, take the “Griffen” exit. Follow the signs towards Bleiburg and Petzen and you will easily find us.
By train to Klagenfurt and then by regional train to Bleiburg Land. The “Go Mobil” taxi will take you to the glamping site.
Klagenfurt Airport is 45 km from Petzen Glamping. From Klagenfurt you can take a taxi to Pirkdorfer See.
